Sprib Win Terms and Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings when used in relation to the Sprib Win platform. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

2. Eligibility

To use Sprib Win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Sprib Win does not knowingly allow players under 18 to use the platform. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, corporation, or automated entity of any kind.
• You must be accessing Sprib Win from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law as it applies specifically to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Sprib Win.
• You must not have had a previous Sprib Win account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Your Account

Each player at Sprib Win is permitted to hold exactly one account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses, is a serious breach of these Terms. Sprib Win uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis and payment matching to identify duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sprib Win will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately.

All information provided during registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for updating this information if it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Sprib Win accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

4. Deposits

Sprib Win accepts deposits in PKR only, processed through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits may trigger an enhanced due diligence review as required by our internal risk management procedures.

Deposits are credited to your Sprib Win wallet instantly for mobile wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank IBFT transfers typically appear within 1–2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing time. Visa/Mastercard transactions are credited within minutes.

Sprib Win does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned immediately. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits are subject to forfeiture.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time through the Sprib Win withdrawal section. Available balance means funds that are not locked by active wagering requirements or under review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability. Sprib Win may request that you verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request.

Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: 5–15 minutes from request approval
• Bank IBFT: Up to 2 hours during normal banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

There are no withdrawal fees charged by Sprib Win. The amount you request is the amount received, subject to your payment provider's own policies.

Sprib Win reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending identity verification or fraud review. Where a delay is initiated, we will notify you by the contact details on your account and aim to resolve the review within 48 hours. VIP withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may be split across multiple transactions and may require a scheduled arrangement with our payments team.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Sprib Win offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the specific multiple will be stated in each promotion. Until that requirement is met, the bonus balance cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Sprib Win determines which games contribute toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live table games (baccarat, roulette) contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Check each promotion for the applicable game contributions.
• Welcome bonuses are available once only per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Sprib Win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice. If a promotion has already been claimed, existing wagering requirements will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sprib Win offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL), esports and other sports events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sprib Win does not offer cash-out or bet cancellation unless explicitly offered for a specific market.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake varies by market and event; limits are shown at the time of bet placement.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your Sprib Win balance, unless the event takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.
• PSL matches affected by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method will be settled on the official DLS result. If no official result is declared, all bets on the match are void.
• In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the player. Sprib Win is not liable for internet connection issues that prevent a bet from being placed during live markets.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time your bet slip is accepted are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Sprib Win reserves the right to limit stakes or suspend accounts where unusual betting patterns suggest abuse, syndicate activity or match-fixing.

8. Casino and Games

Sprib Win's casino section includes live dealer games, slots, crash games (including Aviator), poker, baccarat, roulette, and other titles. The following conditions apply to all casino gameplay.

• All Sprib Win casino games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
• Crash games including Aviator use a Provably Fair algorithm. The fairness of any completed round can be independently verified using the round hash provided in your game history.
• In the event of a technical error, game freeze or disconnection that results in a round being interrupted mid-play, Sprib Win's internal game logs will determine the state of the bet at the time of interruption. Decisions made from these logs are final.
• Where a software malfunction causes an incorrectly displayed payout, Sprib Win reserves the right to correct the error and settle the bet at the accurate figure. Manifestly incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error do not create an entitlement to the erroneous payout.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published in the game information section. These are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Sprib Win is committed to maintaining a fair, safe environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Creating or using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with Sprib Win in a way that gives an unfair advantage or simulates human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or calculation errors to generate incorrect payouts or gain an unintended advantage. Any such gains must be reported to Sprib Win immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in poker or live games to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of other players or Sprib Win.
• Match-fixing, insider knowledge betting or any activity related to the corruption of sporting events covered by Sprib Win's sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using Sprib Win to process funds obtained illegally. Sprib Win complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to deposit or withdraw funds.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or Sprib Win may close your account at any time.

If you wish to close your account: Contact our support team by live chat or email. Your account will be closed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Any available real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be removed.

If Sprib Win suspends or closes your account: We may take this action without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any part of these Terms;
• Your account shows signs of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige us to do so;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed by Sprib Win due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, available funds will be returned. Funds derived from prohibited conduct are subject to permanent forfeiture.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sprib Win provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sprib Win is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures or software conflicts on the player's side;
• Losses from third-party actions including fraud by parties impersonating Sprib Win;
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind;
• Any decisions made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently shown to be incorrect due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Sprib Win's negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

By registering at Sprib Win, you acknowledge that we collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment details and activity data.

Sprib Win uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your account and associated data. These requests are processed by our support team within 30 days.

13. Responsible Gaming

Sprib Win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools in your account settings and through our Responsible Gaming page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your Sprib Win account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play reminding you of how long you have been on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen summaries of your current session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During self-exclusion, no deposits or bets can be placed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period ends.
• Account Closure: Permanent account closure is available at any time on request.

14. Changes to These Terms

Sprib Win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by SMS to the registered mobile number or a prominent notice on the platform login page.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use Sprib Win after the effective date of a change, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

Sprib Win's internal complaints process begins with a written complaint submitted to support@spribwin.com. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 14 days of receipt.
